Procurement of Tyres and Batteries for Independent System and Market Operator Guarantee Limited (ISMO) Islamabad

The Independent System and Market Operator Guarantee Limited (ISMO) Islamabad is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of tyres and batteries under contract reference P54608 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to support the operational needs of ISMO located at Pitras Bukhari Road, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad Capital Territory. Tyres specifications include tubeless radial types with year of manufacture 2026 and fitting included. Delivery is to be made at ISMO Islamabad within the stipulated schedule. Bidders must comply with eligibility criteria including valid FBR registration, NTN, GST, and professional tax registration for FY 2026-27. Experience of at least three years in supply of general store items is required. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be physically submitted to ISMO Islamabad before the deadline.
