Procurement of Tyres Tube With Flapper Size 1200-20 and 1000-20 for Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL)

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of tyres tube with flapper sizes 1200-20 and 1000-20. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - Tyres Tube With Flapper Size: 1200-20, Quantity: 10 sets - Tyres Tube With Flapper Size: 1000-20, Quantity: 6 sets The tyres must conform to ETRTO standards and be manufactured within one year of delivery date. Performance and safety specifications include Traction Grade A or above, Speed Rating G or H depending on size, Load Index H, and 18 Ply rating. Approved brands include Pirelli, Goodyear, and GTR. Manufacturing date must be clearly visible on each tyre. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid FBR registration, Professional Tax clearance certificate for FY 2026-27, manufacturer authorization or authorized dealer certificate, and a five-year sales record for identical materials to public sector organizations or relevant purchase orders from SNGPL in the last three years. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft physically before the closing deadline at the specified address: Central Spead Camp (PHQ), Near Sadar Thana Muridke, Muridke, Sheikhupura, Punjab. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Payment will be made within 30 days after satisfactory delivery and submission of invoices.
