Supply and Repair Services for Vehicles, Stationery, and Miscellaneous Items for Election Commission Gilgit-Baltistan

The Election Commission Secretariat Gilgit-Baltistan invites reputed registered Government Firms, Dealers, Suppliers, and Contractors to submit tenders for the supply and repair of various goods and services for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The procurement is specifically for the Election Commission Gilgit-Baltistan located in Gilgit city. Items being procured: - Repair of Vehicles and Motorcycles - Stationery Items - Miscellaneous/Others Items Tender documents and details for each category can be obtained from the Accounts Section of Election Gilgit-Baltistan during office hours. A 5% refundable call deposit is required for each category: PKR 600,000 for vehicle repairs, PKR 400,000 for stationery items, and PKR 500,000 for miscellaneous items. The scope includes genuine parts for vehicle repairs and supply of stationery and other miscellaneous items as per the Election Commission's requirements. Contractors and suppliers must be financially strong and have their own shop, general store, workshop, or departmental store registered in Gilgit city under their name. Incomplete or ambiguous tenders will not be accepted. The Election Commission reserves the right to cancel tenders if parts are found not genuine or for irrational rates. Tender documents must be submitted by 24th September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders should ensure their bid security/call deposit is attached in the form of a bank draft or pay order in the name of Election Commission Gilgit-Baltistan. Failure to repair vehicles after acceptance may lead to forfeiture of the call deposit.
