Tender Description
The Election Commission Gilgit-Baltistan invites reputed registered Government Firms, Dealers, Suppliers, and Contractors for the supply and repair of goods and services for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The procurement includes the repair of vehicles and motorcycles, supply of stationery items, and miscellaneous/other items.

Tender documents and details can be obtained from the Accounts Section of Election Gilgit-Baltistan during office hours. A 5% refundable call deposit is required for each category: 600,000 PKR for vehicle repairs, 400,000 PKR for stationery, and 500,000 PKR for miscellaneous items.
The technical scope includes genuine parts for vehicle repairs and supply of quality stationery and miscellaneous items. Contractors and suppliers must be financially strong with their own registered shop, general store, workshop, or departmental store in Gilgit city. Incomplete or ambiguous tenders will be rejected. Failure to repair vehicles after acceptance may lead to forfeiture of the call deposit.
The rates offered will be valid for the financial year 2026-2027 with no amendments allowed. The number of items may be increased or decreased. The committee reserves the right to cancel bids for irrational rates. Tender documents can be received from the Accounts Section after advertisement during office hours.
Bidders should ensure timely submission before the deadline of 24th September 2026 at 10:00 AM, as the tender will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Earnest Money in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favor of Election Commission Gilgit-Baltistan is mandatory with the bid.
