Procurement of Tyres for University of Turbat Vehicles

The University of Turbat invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of tyres for its vehicles under financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - 42 Buses Tyres, size 11/20, 20-Ply Steel Belted, Load Index 1100/R, Tread Pattern SR187 Highway Heavy-Duty - 28 Coaster Tyres, size 7.50R 16, Radial Steel Belted, Load Index 122/118, Tread Pattern SR187 Highway Rib - 11 Van Tyres, size 205/70 R15, Radial, Load Index 195 - 34 Tyres for Staff Vehicles, various sizes including 265/65 R17, 265/60 R18, 195/65 R15, 195/65 R14, 195/65 R13, all Yokohama Radial Tubeless - 16 Tyres for Motorcycles, sizes 2.50-18 (Front) and 3.00-17 (Rear), brands Atlas or Panther All tyres must be fresh with manufacturing dates not older than one year. The delivery location is Ginnah, M-8 Road, Turbat, Kech District. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including NADRA, FBR (NTN and GST), and SECP, and must not be blacklisted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Call Deposit is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on November 3, 2026, with original bid security submitted physically at the university address before the deadline. Technical evaluation will ensure compliance with specifications and standards. The university reserves the right to inspect goods and monitor delivery.
