Procurement of Uniform Articles and Raw Materials for Punjab Prisons 2026-2027

The Punjab Prisons Home Department invites e-bids from eligible manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments for the procurement of uniform articles and raw materials for the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Nylon Belt (9211 Nos.) - Rain Suit (2493 Suit) - Woolen Jersey (5149 Nos.) - Woolen Cap (10499 Nos.) - Ammunition Boot (5360 Pairs) - Malatia / Mazri Cloth (26500 Meters) - Khaki Zeen (10000 Meters) - CVC Yarn 20'S (75200 Kgs) - Geela Woolen Yarn (60000 Kgs) - Woolen Yarn 2.7 (double ply white) (9480 Kgs) The scope includes supply of high-quality uniform materials and articles as per specifications for Punjab Prisons. Bidders must submit bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 08 November 2026 at 03:00 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 03:30 PM. Earnest money (Bid Security) is required at 2% of the estimated cost, payable through Bank Guarantee, Pay Link, online Bank Transfer, or PSID. Samples must be submitted as per the quantities mentioned in the notice along with laboratory test fees. Performance Guarantee of 5% of the contract price is also required.
