Procurement of Uniform Fabric for Aitchison College Employees

Aitchison College, Lahore invites sealed and commercial quotations from reputable and established fabric manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors for the supply of uniform fabric specifically for College employees. The procurement involves the supply of Grey Malaysia shade fabric with detailed technical specifications including 90 ends per inch, 64 picks per inch, warp count of 35.17, weft count of 38.40, warp composition of Polyester 87.24% and Viscose 12.76%, and weft composition of Polyester 84.45% and Viscose 15.55%. The required quantity is 5,000 meters to be delivered at Aitchison College, Lahore. Samples or swatches must be provided for approval before bulk production or supply. Pricing should be per meter inclusive of all applicable taxes. Delivery lead time, payment terms, and quotation validity are to be clearly specified by the bidder. Sealed quotations are to be delivered to the office of the Bursar, Aitchison College, Lahore latest by 10:00 am on 20th October 2026. Aitchison College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations in whole or in part according to its procurement requirements and applicable procedures. The College also reserves the right to seek clarification from bidders where required.
