The Finance Department (South Punjab), Government of the Punjab, Bahawalpur, invites bids for the purchase of various items for official use during the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under the provisions of PPRA Rules, 2014, using a single stage two envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must submit both Technical and Financial bids online by 11:00 a.m. on 23.10.2026, with tenders opening at 11:30 a.m. on the same day. Items being procured: - Lot-I: A03901-Stationery (Estimated Cost Rs. 2.783 Million) - Lot-II: A03902-Printing & Publications (Estimated Cost Rs. 2.057 Million) - Lot-III: A03942-Cost of Other Store (Estimated Cost Rs. 3.500 Million) - Lot-IV: A03955-Computer Stationery (Estimated Cost Rs. 3.000 Million) - Lot-V: A03970-Others (Estimated Cost Rs. 3.000 Million) - Lot-VI: A06301-Entertainment & Gifts (Estimated Cost Rs. 1.000 Million) The total estimated cost is Rs. 15.340 Million. The procurement covers a range of stationery, printing materials, computer stationery, entertainment items, and gifts for official use. Bidders must be registered companies, firms, or suppliers with relevant experience and must provide a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost for each lot, deposited online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligibility criteria include submission of an affidavit confirming no blacklisting or litigation, bank certificates or financial statements demonstrating financial soundness, proof of NTN and GST registration, professional tax certificates, and a signed acceptance of terms and conditions. The bidding documents are available in English and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website or the Punjab e-Procurement System portal.
