Tender Description

The Secretariat of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh, located in Karachi, is procuring uniform items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers a comprehensive range of uniform goods including Shalwar Kameez stitched from white prestige cotton cloth, black Bata shoes in various sizes, white cotton hand gloves, superior quality cotton P.Caps with monogram, cotton socks, Jinnah caps made of karakul skins, brass golden buttons, black and golden name plates, cotton blended waistcoats with monogram, white cotton aprons, khaki drill paint shirts for sweepers, white cotton Kullah and Pagree, cotton banyan/vest, black reczine belts, tropical cloth paint and shirts, and a complete accessories set for security staff including badges, belts with assembly monogram, name plates, and P.Caps. The procurement is managed by the Secretariat of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh, Karachi, with the delivery site also at the Secretariat. The technical scope requires compliance with detailed specifications ensuring quality and durability of all items. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board, possess a valid professional tax certificate, and have a minimum turnover of PKR 20 million per annum.
