Procurement of Uniform Items for Special Students Financial Year 2026-27

The Government Special Education Center Kotaddu invites e-bids for the procurement of uniform items specifically for special students during the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024, following the Single Stage - Single Envelope Procedure (Rule 38(1)). Items being procured: - 489 uniforms (315 boys, 174 girls) - 326 pairs of shoes (210 boys, 116 girls) Each student will receive one winter uniform and two summer uniforms. The procurement aims to supply quality uniform items to special students, ensuring their comfort and suitability throughout the year. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must submit bids through the EPADS platform. The total estimated cost is bold PKR 2,000,000, with a bid security of 5% amounting to bold PKR 100,000, payable via Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) under Rule 27. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract value and sign a formal contract agreement before supply order issuance. Bidding documents including the Tender Form and detailed terms and conditions are available free of cost on the EPADS Portal and PPRA Punjab Website. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of publication of the bid evaluation report. Key dates include e-bid submission on EPADS by 13-11-2026 up to 09:00 AM and bid opening on the same day at 09:30 AM. Only e-bids submitted through EPADS by registered suppliers will be considered valid.
