Tender Description
Govt. National Special Education Center for PHC (Devolved), Dera Ghazi Khan invites E-Bids for the procurement of uniform items for special students for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement includes 165 uniforms (126 boys, 39 girls) and 110 pairs of shoes (84 boys, 26 girls), comprising one winter uniform and two summer uniforms per student.

The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage – Single Envelope Procedure (Rule 38(1)) from firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax. Bidders must submit a bid security of PKR 30,000/- through the prescribed digital Bid Security mechanism available on the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP). The successful bidder will also be required to deposit a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract value through the same prescribed mode.
All rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable duties, levies, and taxes. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of publication of the bid evaluation report. The procurement process will be conducted strictly under the Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) by 02-11-2026 up to 11:00 a.m., with opening scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on the same day. Tender documents are available free of cost on the EP portal and PPRA Punjab website.
