Procurement of Uniform Items for Special Students Winter and Summer Season 2026-27

The Government Special Education Centre for MCC (Devolved) located in Civil Lines, Gujranwala District invites E-Bids from Federal Board of Revenue Income Tax and Sales Tax Registered firms for the procurement of uniform items for special students for the winter and summer seasons of the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically aimed at supplying uniform items to support special students enrolled at the centre. Items being procured: - Uniform items for special students for winter season - Uniform items for special students for summer season The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-procurement system (EPADS). Bidders must submit their bids electronically via EPADS by the deadline. However, original hard copy Bid Security CDR of the specified amount must be submitted in favor of the Deputy Director Government Special Education Centre for MCC (Devolved) Civil Lines, Gujranwala before the bid submission closing time. Failure to submit the original CDR will result in rejection of the bid. The estimated cost of procurement is PKR 2,200,000 (2.2 Million) with a bid security of 5% amounting to PKR 110,000 (One Lac Ten Thousand only). Successful bidders will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount and sign a contract agreement prior to issuance of the supply order. All rates quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and in Pakistani Rupees. The tender follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure. The e-bid submission deadline is 05-November-2026 at 11:00 am, with bid opening scheduled for 05-November-2026 at 11:30 am on EPADS.
