Eligibility criteria include firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities, not blacklisted or debarred by PPRA Punjab, and must deposit bid security in the form of a CDR equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost through online bank transfer against the generated PSID. Manual submission of CDRs or performance guarantees is not acceptable. Successful bidders must also deposit a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract amount through online bank transfer.
