Shoes must be formal leather with cushioned insoles and anti-slip soles. The OPF logo must be embroidered or printed on specific items such as neck ties, scarves, and brooches. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR (NTN and GSTN), not blacklisted, and demonstrate financial strength with bank statements for the last six months. Bidders must submit bid security as specified and comply with all bidding instructions. Delivery is scheduled within 27 to 42 days at the OPF Head Office, Shahrah e Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, November 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Original bid security must be submitted physically at the OPF Head Office before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual submissions are not accepted.
