Procurement of Uniform Kits and Shoes for Special Students for Financial Year 2026-27

The Govt. Deaf & Defective Hearing High School for Boys, Gulberg-II, Lahore invites e-bids from reputable, eligible, and financially sound firms or bidders for the procurement of uniform kits and shoes for special students for the financial year 2026-27. Delivery will be made free of cost to the consignee at the school premises in Lahore. Items being procured: - Boys' Uniform Kits: Winter (01-kit) and Summer (01-kit) Lot No. 01 - Boys' Shoes: Winter and Summer Lot No. 02 The procurement covers detailed specifications as per bidding documents. Bidders must have relevant prior experience and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. The bid security is set at 2% of the estimated cost and must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bid validity period is 180 days from the bid opening date. Bids must be submitted in PDF format electronically by 11:00 AM on 10-11-2026, with bid opening scheduled at 11:30 AM the same day.
