Procurement of Uniforms for Custom Officers and Sepoys with Shoes, Badges and Epaulettes for Financial Years 2026-2027 & 2027-2028

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Hyderabad invites bids for the procurement of uniforms for Custom Officers and Sepoys along with shoes, badges, and epaulettes with respective ranks for the financial years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. This procurement is to be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) under a Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Complete stitched uniforms in quality cloth - Shoes - Badges - Epaulettes with respective ranks The uniforms must comply with FBR guidelines and Custom General Order no. 01 of 2022. The scope includes supply of complete stitched uniforms along with the accessories mentioned above. Eligibility criteria include firm registration on E-PADS and FBR for income and sales tax, ATL, valid NTN number, and a complete firm profile with active contact details. Experience of at least three years in supplying uniforms or similar items is required, along with financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements showing a minimum balance of Rs. 10 million. Performance certificates from at least two government departments and a no-blacklisting affidavit are mandatory. Key dates are the bid submission deadline on 2nd November 2026 at 2:00 PM and bid opening at 3:00 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS, with one original hard copy and bid security submitted to the Collectorate office at A-49 Site Area, Hyderabad before the closing time. The bid security is Rs. 300,000 in the form of a pay order or bank draft, and a performance guarantee of Rs. 400,000 is required after award. Manual bids are not accepted. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all scanned documents are uploaded correctly on E-PADS and the original documents including bid security are submitted timely to avoid disqualification.
