Bidders must have at least three years of experience supplying similar uniforms and meet eligibility criteria including registration with FBR, NTN, and valid GST certificates. A bid security of Rs. 300,000/- as a call deposit is required. The bidding documents are available on the E-PADS portal and must be submitted electronically along with a hard copy before the deadline.
The bid submission deadline is 2nd November 2026 at 2:00 PM, with bid opening on the same day at 3:00 PM. Bids must be submitted via E-PADS with all required documents and original bid security. The evaluation will be based on firm profile, audit reports, experience, financial soundness, performance certificates, no blacklisting affidavit, and compliance with sample quality.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documents are complete and uploaded correctly on E-PADS before the deadline to avoid disqualification. Also, maintain the validity of bids for 40 days after opening and prepare for performance security submission within 10 days of contract award.
