Procurement of Upgraded Miscellaneous Items as per Annex A and Annex B

Heavy Industries Limited, Commercial Directorate, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the procurement of upgraded miscellaneous items as detailed in Annex A and Annex B. The procurement will be conducted under the rules of PPRA and MoDP. Items being procured: - Upgraded Miscellaneous Items as per Annex A - Upgraded Miscellaneous Items as per Annex B The delivery period is 30 days after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT, attested registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, CNIC of the Managing Director, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements for the last year, trade links with OEMs if applicable, judicial certificates worth Rs. 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner, and proof that the firm is not blacklisted by any government organization. Additionally, details of contracts and work experience with government or semi-government organizations for the last three years must be provided. A payment of Rs. 3000/- is required with the tendering cell for the collection of standard bidding documents. Bid security, validity offer, and performance bank guarantee are to be submitted as per bidding documents. The tender will be opened in the tender room of the Commercial Directorate in the presence of firm representatives. The last date for collection of tender documents is 28 September 2026, and the submission deadline is 29 September 2026 at 1030 hrs, with opening at 1100 hrs on the same day.
