Procurement of UPS, Dry Batteries and Allied Accessories at Comsats University Islamabad Wah Campus

Comsats University Islamabad Wah Campus (Works) invites sealed bids for the procurement of UPS, Dry Batteries and Allied Accessories under contract reference P80602 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned to be executed at the Comsats University Wah Campus located on GT Road Wah Cantt, Punjab. Bidders must be registered and submit bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Manual bids will not be accepted. Items being procured: - UPS 10 KW, Homage, Inverex or equivalent, 2 batteries supported, quantity 3, warranty 2 years - UPS 2 KW, Homage, Inverex or equivalent, 1 battery supported, quantity 1, warranty 2 years - Dry Battery 200Amp, brands Osaka, Volta, Altas, Exide or equivalent, quantity 6, warranty 1 year - Dry Battery 150Amp, brands Osaka, Volta, Altas, Exide or equivalent, quantity 1, warranty 1 year - Tire Stand for UPS & Batteries, quantity 3 - Cabinet for UPS compatible with quoted UPS brand & model, quantity 1 - Power plug 30 Amp with open back box (Alpine), quantity 4 - Three pin Shoe 13 Amp (Porcelain), best quality, quantity 4 - Terminal (Brass) for Battery, quantity 24 - Duct Patti 16 x 25 (Adam jee), 19 ft each length, quantity 10 The technical scope requires original products from reputable brands with manufacturer serial numbers and warranty cards. Refurbished or used items will not be accepted. The UPS units must have a minimum 2-year warranty including free repair or replacement of defective parts. Batteries require a minimum 1-year warranty. Delivery is expected within 15 days of contract award. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration (NTN/GST) and compliance with bidding document requirements. Bid security of PKR 25,000 is required in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft. Bidders must submit bids online via EPADS v2.0 and physically submit the original bid security at the Comsats University Wah Campus office before the deadline. The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0.
