Procurement of Various Sized Tents by Emergency Services Department Punjab

The Emergency Services Department Punjab invites e-Bids from manufacturers and authorized distributors registered with the Tax Departments in Pakistan for the procurement of various tents to support emergency operations in Lahore. Items being procured: - 27 SQM Tents (18x16x8 ft) Qty: 2 - 18 SQM Tents (12x16x8 ft) Qty: 29 - Personal Tents (7x3x3.5 ft) Qty: 15 - Gazebo Tents (10x10x8 ft) Qty: 4 The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidders must be registered on the portal and submit their bids using the PDF upload method. The bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Emergency Services Department website (www.rescue.gov.pk). Complete bids along with required documents must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 28-10-2026 up to 11:00 am. The bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 am. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value (Rs. 163,113) must be submitted electronically through the portal. No physical financial instruments such as CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
