Procurement of Vegetable Seeds of Hybrid/Certified/Enlisted/Registered Varieties

Sealed bids are invited by the Directorate General of Agriculture Extension Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar for the procurement of Vegetable Seeds of Hybrid, Certified, Enlisted, and Registered varieties for the year 2026-27 under ADP, AIP, and Non-ADP schemes as per KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Vegetable Seeds (5,000 Acres) The procurement is under a framework agreement with interested firms registered with FBR and other relevant government authorities. The quoted rates must include transportation charges for delivery throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Merged Districts as identified by the concerned District Director Agriculture Extension. All applicable taxes will be deducted at source. Bidders must be registered with FSC&RD, FBR, KPRA, and other relevant provincial and federal government registration authorities. Bids are to be submitted through the E-PAK acquisition and disposal system (EPADS) using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Standard bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours against a non-refundable cash payment of Rs. Three Thousand Only (Rs. 3000/- PKR). A pre-bid meeting will be held on 20.10.2026 at 11:30 A.M at the address given below. Bids must be submitted on or before 02 November 2026 at 11:00 A.M. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
