Supply of Forest Plants for Enhancing Tree Cover in District Lakki Marwat and Bannu Forest Division

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department invites bids from reputed and well-experienced firms duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax for the procurement and supply of plants under the KPPRA Procurement Rules-2014 using the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure through EPADS. Items being procured: - Package-I: Forest Species (118,250 plants), Fruits & Ornamental Species (1,000 plants) - Package-II: Forest Species (33,000 plants) - Package-III: Ornamental Species (19,470 plants) The projects include enhancing tree cover in District Lakki Marwat of Bannu Forest Division, linear plantation along High-Way (N-55) from Bannu Link Road Chowk to Ghazni Khel Adda Lakki Marwat, and linear plantation on roads from Ghundi Chowk to Kuram Pul, Gandi Chowk to Tajazai, and Tajazai to Pezzu in Lakki Forest Sub Division of Bannu Forest Division. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security in the form of CDR in favor of the Divisional Forest Officer, Bannu Forest Division, from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/) after publishing of NIT. Firms must register themselves at the EPADS portal and upload scanned copies of bid documents along with original tender form and bid securities. Eligibility requires registration with relevant tax authorities, affidavit of non-involvement in court cases, and submission of necessary documents signed by an authorized person with official stamp. Bidders are invited to be present at the time of electronic bid opening at the Office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Bannu Forest Division, Tappi Killa Miranshah Road near Kachkot Bridge Bannu. The tender will be processed according to aggregate amount. Any false or incomplete information will lead to disqualification under KPPRA rules. Bid securities of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lowest bidders will be retained until approval of tenders. Rates offered will be valid until 30/06/2027.
