Supply of Daily Nutritional Requirement Items for Pakistan Steel Cadet College Karachi

Pakistan Steel Cadet College Karachi (PSCCK), located in Steel Town, Karachi, invites sealed quotations from suppliers registered with the Income Tax departments for the provision of daily nutritional requirement needs for about 400 cadets, extendable up to two years. Tender forms and documents can be obtained from the office of the Bursar upon submission of a formal application and payment of Rs. 200/- (non-refundable) from the date of publication in newspapers until 27.10.2026, between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (except Sunday). The tender is based on a Single stage, one envelope basis. Items being procured: - Beef (Veal Boneless) per kilogram rate - Fresh Milk per liter rate - Egg (Large Size) according to the newspaper per Paiti rate - Chicken (Without Giblet, Head & Tail) according to the newspaper per kilogram rate - Bread (18 Pieces) rate of medium size Interested parties can submit their sealed offers in person along with a separate pay order of Rs. 25,000/- (separately for each item/contract) as security deposit in favour of Pakistan Steel Cadet College latest by 11:00 am on 28.10.2026 in the office of College Adjutant. Quotations will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The price quoted is inclusive of all taxes and must remain valid for six months from the date of opening of the tender. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. All applicable taxes will be charged as per the rules of the Government of Pakistan.
