Procurement of Vein Detector

The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites bids for the procurement of a Vein Detector. This procurement is open only to original manufacturers or authorized exclusive distributors of foreign manufacturers or authorized distributors of manufacturers in Pakistan who are registered with income tax and sales tax departments or authorities. The bidding will follow the single stage single envelope (least-cost basis) procedure as per PPRA-2014 rules. Items being procured: - Vein Detector (Quantity: 01, Estimated Cost: Rs. 923,500) Interested bidders can obtain bidding documents free of cost from the PKLI website or Punjab e-Procurement portals. Bids must be submitted online on or before 15-Oct-2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab E-Procurement System. No hard copies are required. A bid security of 2% of the estimated amount (Rs. 18,470) must be submitted electronically with the bid. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. The technical scope includes supply of the vein detector under DDP PKLI Lahore delivery terms. Bidders must ensure compliance with all tax registrations and provide earnest money as specified. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 06-Oct-2026 at 11:00 AM at the supply chain department meeting room.
