Supply of Explosion-proof Rechargeable LED Hand Lamp at PSO Mehmood Kot Terminal

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of Explosion-proof Rechargeable LED Hand Lamps at its Mehmood Kot Terminal in Punjab. This procurement is aimed at acquiring high-quality, certified LED hand lamps suitable for hazardous environments to ensure safety and operational efficiency at the terminal. Items being procured: - Explosion Proof Light 250 Watt (Quantity: 5 units) The LED hand lamps must have a lithium-ion battery with a minimum capacity of 6400mAh, 7.4V, 47.36Wh, and provide a minimum light output of 350 lumens. They should offer at least 7 hours of working light and 3 hours of strong light per charge. The lamps must feature three switchable beam options: spotlight, floodlight, and signal light. The enclosure should be impact-resistant thermoplastic with anti-static and toughened glass properties. Certification requirements include UL, ATEX, and IECEx for safe use in explosive gas atmospheres (zones 0, 1, and 2) and dust atmospheres (zones 21 and 22). Vendors must provide proof of certification. The lamps must comply with industrial and mining marking standards including ATEX & IECEx, UL844 North American standards, and various gas and dust group classifications. The tender terms specify that rates should be inclusive of all materials, labor, transportation, and government taxes. Acceptance of items will be subject to the satisfaction of the Engineer, with possible third-party testing for compliance. Contractors must adhere to PSO's HSE standards and safety rules.
