Bidders must submit a photocopy of Registration/Pre-qualification/Indexation letter issued by HIT, attested registration certificate from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, audit reports for last three financial years, attested bank statement for last year, attested CNIC copy of Managing Director, trade link certificate between firm and OEM if distributor/agent, judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 duly attested by Oath Commissioner confirming firm is not blacklisted or defaulter, details of contracts for last three years with government or semi-government organizations, and registration letter with government or semi-government organizations if any. A postal order of Rs 2,000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management, HIT Taxila.
