Procurement of Veterinary Vaccines for the Year 2026-27

The Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar invites E-Bids for the procurement of Veterinary Vaccines for the year 2026-27 through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Items being procured: - Veterinary Vaccines This procurement is open to DRAP registered manufacturers and importers in Pakistan. The bidding process follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure with bids to be submitted online via EPADS before 12:00 PM on 18th September 2026, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 2:00 PM. Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from www.kppra.gov.pk, www.lfc.kp.gov.pk, and EPADS. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10th September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee room of the Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development at Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar. Bidders are advised to thoroughly study the Bid Solicitation Documents and submit any queries or suggestions online via EPADS before the pre-bid meeting. Queries submitted after the deadline or in hard copy will not be entertained. Bid security of Rs. 1,000,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of the Director General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is mandatory. The CDR must be submitted in original sealed envelope on the day of bid opening by 12:00 PM. Ordinary, crossed, or open cheques and pay orders are not acceptable as bid security. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rules 47(1) of KPPRA Rules, 2014. Bidders should ensure timely online submission and proper preparation of bid security documents to avoid disqualification. Participation through the official EPADS portal is mandatory for this tender.
