Procurement of Water Proof Fish Seed Holdings / Nurseries with Predator Nets

The Directorate General Fisheries Sindh (Inland), Hyderabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of water proof fish seed holdings / nurseries measuring 10X20X3 feet with inlet and outlet system with slope in the bottom covered with predator nets. This procurement is part of the Annual Development Program ADP # 1300 titled 'Development of Genetically Improved Fish Brood Stock for Aquaculture' for the fiscal year 2026-27. The bidding documents can be purchased from the Directorate General Fisheries Sindh (Inland), Hyderabad upon submission of a written application and a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000 in the form of Call Deposit or Pay Order in favor of the Director General Fisheries Sindh (Inland), Hyderabad. Items being procured: - Water proof fish seed holdings / nurseries measuring 10X20X3 feet with inlet & outlet system with slope in the bottom covered with predator nets (Quantity: 40 units) The technical scope includes supply and installation at fish hatchery sites under the Aquaculture Fisheries Research Institute (SAFRI), Chilya Thatta. The supply must be completed within 90 days after issuance of the supply order. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and General Sales Tax (FBR), be on the Active Taxpayers List, and have at least three years of relevant experience. A bid security of 5% of the offered bid value in the form of Demand Draft, Call Deposit, or Pay Order is required. Bids must be submitted in a single envelope containing both technical and financial proposals as per the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. The bids must be submitted by 08-10-2026 before or up to 01:00 pm at the Directorate General Fisheries Sindh (Inland), Hyderabad, Fisheries Complex, Old Wahdat Colony. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 02:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The rates quoted must be inclusive of all government taxes and duties. Blacklisted firms or defaulters are not eligible to participate. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel the bidding process at any time before acceptance of bids as per SPPRA rules 2010. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all mandatory documents including affidavit on judicial stamp paper, valid NTN, GST registration, and financial turnover evidence are submitted in the correct sequence to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully prepare the bid security and ensure the bid price is inclusive of all applicable taxes to comply with the tender requirements.
