Procurement/Supply of Water Pumping System & Ventilation Fans at PMDC Salt Mines, Makrach

The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation Islamabad (PMDC) invites sealed bids for the procurement and supply of Water Pumping System and Ventilation Fans at PMDC Salt Mines, Makrach, Chakwal. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure on the EPADS v2.0 platform. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Friday, September 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM PKT. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Items being procured: - Water Pumping System with Accessories: Peter Engine (25HP) with Dewatering Pump mounted on steel base frame, corrosion resistant for brine fluid, suction flange 6 inches, delivery flange 5 inches, head 100 ft minimum, quantity 1 - Heavy Duty PVC Suction Hose Pipe 6 inches with clamps and fixture, quantity 50 ft - Heavy Duty PVC Lay flat Pipe 6.5 inches with clamps and fixture, quantity 350 ft - Booster Fan (Exhaust Fan): 24 inch steel belt driven fan, stainless steel body, 8 HP diesel engine with water coolant, quantity 1 - Ventilation Duct: Flexible parachute material with steel wire lining, 400 ft length, diameter 24 inches, temperature range 18 to 50 Celsius The technical specifications require corrosion resistance for the pumping system suitable for brine fluid and high-quality materials for ventilation fans and ducts. Delivery location is PMDC Salt Mines Makrach, District Chakwal. Delivery period is within 6-8 weeks after issuance of supply order. Eligibility criteria include valid NADRA citizenship, FBR NTN and GST registration, and at least 2 years of relevant experience with government or reputable organizations. Bid security amounts are Rs. 35,000 for Lot 1 and Rs. 75,000 for Lot 2, payable via Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS v2.0. Hard copies of bid security must be delivered to PMDC Head Office, Plot No. 13, Sector H/9, Islamabad before the bid submission deadline. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. The contract will be awarded on a lot-wise basis to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder meeting all technical and eligibility requirements.
