Supply of Testing Equipment for Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO)

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms including DISCOS, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC as authorized dealers, manufacturers, or suppliers for the supply of testing equipment at GEPCO Ware House Gujranwala. Items being procured: - Relay Test Set (01 No.) - CT/PT Analyzer (03 No.) - DC HiPot Test Set (02 No.) - Winding Resistance Test Set (02 No.) - Sweep Frequency Response Analyzer (SFRA) (02 No.) The procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27. The scope includes supply of high-quality testing equipment as per bidding documents available on EPADS v2.0. Bidders must be eligible and submit bids through the EPADS platform. The Single Stage-Two Envelope method will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with public procurement rules and regulations. Bidders must provide a bid security of PKR 2.75 million and ensure bid validity of 150 days with bid guarantee validity of 28 days beyond bid validity date. Delivery period is 180 days from the purchase order issuance date. Bidders must submit technical proposals with a brief file description in the filename and ensure all documents are uploaded on EPADS v2.0 before the tender opening date and time. For registration and bid submission, bidders must use EPADS v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders are advised to regularly check the portal for updates and clarifications. Submission of fresh type tests is not accepted; only already type-tested equipment from designated laboratories as per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023 will be considered.
