Supply of Office, Computer, Stationery and Miscellaneous Items to Board of Investment Islamabad

The Board of Investment Islamabad invites electronic bids from firms and suppliers based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi for the supply and provision of various items and services for the Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders must submit their electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) online portal by the deadline of 22-10-2026 at 1000 hrs. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1100 hrs. Items being procured: - Office Items - Computer Items - Stationery - Miscellaneous Items The procurement covers supply of office, computer, stationery, and miscellaneous items to the Board of Investment located at 6th Floor, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. The bidding firms must be registered with an Active Taxpayers List (ATL), hold valid GST/NTN and vendor numbers, and be based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. Call Deposit of Rs. 200,000 is required in the form of bank draft or pay order in favor of Board of Investment Islamabad. Cheques are not accepted. The call deposit of successful bidders will be retained for twelve months. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and should not be linked to any foreign currency. Inspection of items will be conducted at delivery before acceptance. Substandard or defective items will be rejected and may lead to forfeiture of bid security and blacklisting. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPAD system, with hard copies delivered to the Board of Investment office at the specified address. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004. The bidding firms must have a proper trade facility such as a shop or warehouse in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, which the agency may visit for verification.
