The bidder is responsible for conducting a mandatory site survey and providing predictive and post-installation heatmaps to ensure optimal coverage and signal strength. The solution must be turnkey with full integration, configuration, and five years OEM-backed warranty and support. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, no blacklisting, and compliance with technical specifications.
