Procurement of Laptops for HR Directorate and Rector Secretariat NUST H-12 Campus Islamabad

The P&LP Directorate of the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) invites sealed bids for the procurement of laptops intended for the HR Directorate and Rector Secretariat at the NUST H-12 Campus in Islamabad. Items being procured: - 2 units of HP Spectre or equivalent laptops with Intel Core Ultra 7 latest generation, 32GB LPDDR5/DDR5 RAM, 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD, 14" 2K or higher OLED touchscreen display, Windows 11 Pro, 1-year verifiable warranty, Active Pen support, and OEM carrying bag - 3 units of professional business series laptops (HP ProBook, Lenovo ThinkPad, Dell Pro/Latitude or equivalent) with Core i5 Ultra 14th Gen processor, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 14-16" FHD display, 1-year verifiable warranty, LAN/HDMI ports, and carrying bag The technical specifications require brand new laptops with verifiable warranty and OEM accessories. Bidders must comply with eligibility criteria including FBR registration and provide bid security of 3% of the quoted value in the form of a Pay Order. The bidding process follows Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) with 70% weightage on technical evaluation and 30% on financial evaluation. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on October 28, 2026. The original bid security must be physically submitted to the P&LP Directorate office near NUST MT Area, H-12 Campus Islamabad before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted.
