Spare Parts, Maintenance Kits, Lab Furniture, IT Infrastructure, and Vehicle Modification for Institute of Space Technology

The Institute of Space Technology (IST), Islamabad, invites e-bids from eligible firms, suppliers, and contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income tax and sales tax, and registered on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0. Items being procured: - Spare Parts and Consumables for AQMS Recordum Air Pointer - Maintenance Kit for MNME Analyzer, Recordum Airpointer - Lab Furniture - Fine Dust Aerosol Spectrometer for PM 2.5 and PM 10 (Compatible with Recordum Air Pointer) - Consumables, Spare parts and accessories of Aethalometer (AE33) - IT Infrastructure and Networking (with Installation & Commissioning) of Computer Labs - Modification of Vehicle (Hiace) for installation of Air Quality Monitoring System The procurement covers a range of goods including specialized scientific instruments, IT networking infrastructure, lab furniture, and vehicle modification for air quality monitoring. Bidders must be registered on EPADS Version 2.0, have valid FBR registration, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) where applicable. Complete e-Bidding Documents including specifications, terms, evaluation criteria, bid security, and other requirements are available for download from EPADS 2.0, PPRA website, and IST's official website (www.ist.edu.pk). E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 by 15 October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual or physical bids will not be accepted. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 12:30 PM. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable PPRA regulations. IST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all e-bids as per rules. Bidders are advised to carefully review the e-Bidding Documents and ensure timely electronic submission.
