Hiring of Firm for Production of Animated Web Series, Augmented Reality Applications, TED Talks Organization, and Province-Wide Street Theatre Campaign on Environment and Climate Awareness

The Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit (SP&IU) of the Environment Protection and Climate Change Department (EPCCD) Punjab invites sealed technical and financial bids from eligible firms for the procurement of various creative and awareness services in Lahore, Punjab. This tender is specifically for firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Items being procured: - Production of Animated Web Series on Environment and Climate Awareness - Development and Deployment of Augmented Reality Applications for Environment and Climate Awareness - Organization of TED Talks and Model United Nations Sessions on Environment and Climate Awareness - Province-Wide Street Theatre Campaign on Environment and Climate Awareness The scope covers creative production and deployment of digital and live awareness campaigns aimed at educating the public on environmental and climate issues. The work involves multimedia content creation, augmented reality technology application, event organization, and street theatre performances across Punjab. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and deliverables as per the tender documents. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with relevant authorities, FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status, and experience in similar projects. Earnest Money in the form of bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost per lot is mandatory. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) only. The bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System by 28th July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. The bid validity period is 120 days. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Punjab PPRA Rules 2014.
