Tender Description
The Directorate General, Agriculture Research Sindh, Tandojam invites eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of goods under the ADP scheme titled 'Production of Early Category Seed of Climate-Resilient Crops in Sindh for Enhanced Food Security and Sustainability' for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at enhancing food security and sustainability by supplying quality seed, fertilizer, and equipment to support climate-resilient crop production in Sindh. The procuring agency is the Directorate General, Agriculture Research Sindh, located in Tandojam.
Items being procured:
- Printer: Latest HP LaserJet color printer model 2026 (1 unit)
- Drone Camera: 4K technology for security and surveillance (2 units)
- Multi Media: Android 4K portable projector (1 unit)
- Seed:
- Cotton varieties Shahzadi, Koonj, CRIS-682, ICS-386 (660 kgs)
- Wheat varieties IV-2, IV-3, Sindhu-16, TJ-83 (6600 kgs)
- Fertilizers:
- CAN (420 bags)
- UREA (210 bags)
- DAP (105 bags)
- NITROPHOS (150 bags)
- POTASH powder 1 kg packets (210 packets)
- Zinc 3 kg bags (105 bags)
- Boran liquid packets (105 packets)
The scope includes supply and installation of the above items at the specified site in Tandojam. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications, provide warranty and after-sales service, and guarantee availability of spare parts. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration with relevant categories, tax registration, financial stability, and prior experience with government/public sector contracts. Earnest money and performance security are required as per bidding documents.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 27-08-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of the Directorate General, Agriculture Research Sindh, Tandojam. Financial proposals of only technically responsive bidders will be opened later. Manual submissions are not allowed.
A non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 3,000/- is payable via Pay Order/DD in favor of Director Tech-II Agriculture Research Sindh, Tandojam. Bidders are advised to carefully review all bidding documents and ensure completeness to avoid rejection. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
