Tender Description
The Embassy of Pakistan in Beijing is procuring comprehensive event management and production services for a high-profile cultural project in Beijing, China. This includes the production of a Pakistan-China Friendship Song, organization of a concert at the Great Wall of China, and a drone and light show featuring approximately 1,000 drones. The project is part of the 75th Anniversary celebrations of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China. The scope covers recording, production, post-production of the song, concert management, stage and technical support, audiovisual arrangements, and coordination with Chinese authorities for permissions and logistics.
Interested bidders must be reputable Chinese event management companies, cultural production agencies, music production houses, or drone show service providers with proven experience in large-scale cultural events, concerts, music productions, and drone shows. Valid registration documents from Chinese authorities and tax certificates are mandatory. Bidders should submit a detailed implementation plan including timelines, technical specifications, safety measures, and contingency arrangements. Financial proposals must clearly state all costs inclusive of taxes and service charges.
Tender documents are available from 10 June 2026 at the Office of the Head of Chancery, Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing. The bid submission deadline is 26 June 2026 by 1200 hrs, with bid opening at 1300 hrs the same day in Jinnah Hall at the Embassy. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all technical and safety certifications for the drone show are complete and clearly documented, as this will be critical for compliance and evaluation. Earnest Money or CDR requirements are not specified but bidders should prepare for standard financial bid security as per local practice.
This tender offers a prestigious opportunity to contribute to a landmark cultural event, requiring meticulous planning, coordination, and high-quality production standards under the Embassy's supervision.
