Procurement of Proficiency Testing at Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore Year 2025-2026

The Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) Lahore invites bids for the procurement of proficiency testing for the year 2025-2026. This procurement is specifically for proficiency testing services at PKLI&RC Lahore, Punjab. Items being procured: - Procurement of Proficiency Testing as mentioned in Scope of Work with an estimated cost of Rs. 2.92 Million. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulation 2024. Bidders must be original manufacturers, sole distributors of foreign principals, or authorized representatives with verifiable authorization. Bidders should be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. E-bids must be submitted online on or before 02-10-2026 at 11:00 AM via the e-Procurement Punjab system at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. No hard copies of bids are required. A bid security of 2% of the estimated amount (Rs. 58,451) must be paid through PSID generated via the Punjab e-Procurement system and uploaded before the closing date and time. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Supply Chain department, Tower-A, PKLI&RC Lahore. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Chain department during office hours 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening. In case of official holiday on submission day, the next day will be treated as closing date. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 21-09-2026 at 11:30 AM in the Conference room of Supply Chain department Tower-A. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all requirements.
