Property License for Installation of Telecom BTS Tower (5G)

The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) located in Tehsil Topi, District Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable, licensed Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and Telecom Infrastructure Companies. The purpose is to obtain a property license for the installation, operation, and maintenance of a state-of-the-art Base Transceiver Station (BTS) Tower (5G) on the GIKI campus. Items being procured: - Property license for installation of Telecom BTS Tower (5G) This procurement involves granting suitable space for the installation of a Telecom BTS Tower (5G) to ensure improved network coverage, high-speed connectivity, and uninterrupted communication services within the GIKI campus. The technical scope includes site preparation, installation, and ongoing maintenance of the telecom infrastructure. Eligible bidders must be licensed Mobile Network Operators or Telecom Infrastructure Companies registered with relevant authorities. They should have proven experience in installation and operation of telecom towers, especially 5G technology. Submission of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 along with required documents is mandatory. Proposals must be submitted by 28th July 2023 before 14:30 hours. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 17th July 2023 at 11:00 AM at GIKI. The tender is issued by the Deputy Director Procurement, GIKI Institute, Topi, Swabi. Interested bidders should ensure their Technical and Financial bids comply with the requirements. Only shortlisted agencies will be invited for financial proposal submission. GIKI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
