Providing and Developing Sports Facilities Throughout Punjab Province 2026-27

The Youth Affairs & Sports Department Punjab through its Project Management Unit (South Zone) invites bids from eligible contractors registered with PEC in C-4 and above categories with specialization CE01, CE09, CE10, CE11, CE11(v), EE03, EE04, EE06, EE11(vw), EE11(i), EE11(xvi), ME01, ME02, ME03, ME04 & BO01 for the provision and improvement of sports infrastructure across multiple locations in Punjab for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Provision and Improvement of Sports Infrastructure in Punjab 'Establishment of Mini Sports Ground at UC Machka, Tehsil Sadiqabad District Rahim Yar Khan' - Provision and Improvement of Sports Infrastructure in Punjab 'Establishment of Mini Sports Ground at UC Ghari Dodo, Tehsil Sadiqabad District Rahim Yar Khan' - Provision and Improvement of Sports Infrastructure in Punjab 'Establishment of Mini Sports Ground at Bangla Jaba, Tehsil Bophal District Rajanpur' - Provision and Improvement of Sports Infrastructure in Punjab 'Establishment of Mini Sports Ground at Shahwali, Tehsil Rajanpur District Rajanpur' - Synthetic Athletic Track at Dring Stadium, Bahawalpur (Remaining Works: External Development, etc.) - Rehabilitation of Sports Hall at Cheema Town Bahawalpur (Remaining Works: Installation of Synthetic Flooring, External Development works, etc.) The scope includes construction and improvement of sports grounds and facilities, synthetic athletic track works, and rehabilitation of sports halls. The works require specialized construction materials and adherence to sports infrastructure standards. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration in specified categories, valid NTN and FBR registration, and submission of earnest money as specified. Bidders must submit a bid security equal to 50% of the estimated cost electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System only. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. Key dates include the last date for submission of technical and financial bids on 20-10-2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening of technical bids on the same day at 10:30 AM. The announcement of technically qualified bidders and opening of financial bids will follow as per schedule. Bidders are advised to download the bidding documents from the official Punjab e-Procurement portal (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) and submit their bids online. Hard copies will not be entertained.
