Providing Installation & Commissioning of Three Phase Voltage Stabilizer

Comsats University, Islamabad (Islamabad Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under the contract titled 'Providing installation & commissioning of Three Phase Voltage Stabilizer'. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed in Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured: - Providing, installation & commissioning of Three Phase Voltage Stabilizer (11 Nos) with specifications including 25 kVA rated capacity, 50 Hz frequency, servo motor control, input voltage range 280~430 V, output voltage 380 V, power factor >0.8, efficiency >95%, mild steel casing IP20, insulation resistance >2 MΩ, 100% duty cycle, digital display meters, and protection features including higher/lower voltage, short circuit/overloading, time delay, bypass function, with minimum 2 years warranty. - Four Core Electric Cable (10 mm) Newage, Fast, Pakistan Cable (Equivalent or above) 400 meters - Single Core Electric Cable 7/36 Brand: Newage, Fast, Pakistan Cable (Equivalent or above) 5 Rolls - Flexible Pipe (1.5 Inch) 200 Ft - PVC Cable Duct (40 x 40) Brand: Adamjee, Aqua, Popular (Equivalent or above) 50 Nos - Change Over Switch 100 Amp 11 Nos - PVC Connectors (60 Amp) 22 Nos The technical scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of the voltage stabilizer and associated electrical components at Comsats University Islamabad, Park Road. The delivery schedule is 25 days from issuance of work order. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be active taxpayers with valid FBR registration, NTN, GST, and must provide bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft. Bidders must also provide authorized dealership certificates for the brand offered and comply with warranty and technical specifications. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal before Thursday, November 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically at the Procurement Office, 2nd Floor, Faculty Block-2, Comsats University Islamabad, Park Road, Islamabad Capital Territory before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure registration on EPADS v2.0 well in advance and upload all required documents including scanned bid security to avoid disqualification.
