Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for a CCTV Camera System as detailed in Annex A. The delivery period is 15 days after signing of the contract.
Items being procured:
- CCTV Camera System (details as per Annex A)
Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, or indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or semi-government organizations if any. Attested copies of registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are required. Audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of CEO or Director must be provided. Trade links between the firm and OEM are necessary for distributors or agents. A judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred by any government organization is mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2,000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
The tender submission deadline is **20 November 2026 at 10:30 hours**, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification.
