Providing and Installation of New Tyres for Company Owned LPG Bowser JP-9009 at LPG Plant Lahore

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the providing and installation of new tyres for its company owned LPG bowser JP-9009 located at the LPG plant in Lahore. This procurement is specifically for the supply and fitting of tyres that meet detailed technical specifications to ensure safety and performance. Items being procured: - Tyre for LPG bowzers (Qty: 11 units) The tyres must be size 1000-R20 -16PR-TT with a ply rating of 16, outer diameter of 1052 mm, outer width of 272 mm, design rim 7.50, max load capacity of 3000 KG at 825 Pa single, radial type, speed grade K, load index 146/143, and standard inflation pressure of 120 PSI. Each tyre assembly includes tyre, tube, and flap with a pattern suitable for on-road and off-road use. The date of manufacturing should not be older than 6 months from the date of supply and must be supported by documentation. A warranty of 1 Lac KM or 2 years is required. Installation of tyres on the bowser is also included in the scope of work. The job is subject to inspection and acceptance by the Plant Incharge or Engineer. All taxes are included in the quoted price. The make of tyres should have ISO/TS 16949 certification. Delivery period is 30 days after issuance of the purchase order. Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical and quality requirements. Earnest money and other bid security requirements may apply as per PSO procurement rules.
