Providing Laying C.C Paver Block for Gulshan-e-Akakhail link streets at UC-7 Faqeera Goth TMC Sohrab Goth

The Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, Karachi, invites bids for the provision and laying of C.C Paver Blocks for multiple link streets including Gul Zaman Khan Street, Dil Akbar Khan Street, Badshah Khan Street, Amanullah Khan Street, Zaman Khan Street, and Sher Alam Khan Street at UC-7 Faqeera Goth. This project is part of the development works under the B&R Department for the fiscal year 2025-2026 and is located in Karachi East district. The technical scope includes dismantling existing concrete, earth excavation, carriage of materials, providing and laying aggregate base course, fixing cement paving blocks with specified strength, kerb stone installation, manufacturing and supplying precast RCC ring slabs and manhole covers, and shifting and fixing damaged manhole components. The work requires compliance with AASHTO standards and involves mechanical compaction and precise laying patterns. The contract duration is 12 months with an estimated cost of **PKR 9,946,925**. Experience of at least five years with similar works is required, including at least one project of 80% of the estimated cost or two projects each of 50% of the estimated cost. Financial turnover of at least PKR 4 million over the last five years is mandatory. Earnest money of 2% of the bid price in the form of a pay order is required. Bids must be submitted online through the SPPRA e-procurement portal by 10:30 AM on 29-06-2026.
