Providing Laying C.C Paver Block at Block C Main Bazar to Khadim Goth Street Near Street Madina Masjid Basheer Magsi and Surrounding Areas

The Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, Karachi East, invites bids for the provision and laying of C.C Paver Blocks at Block C Main Bazar to Khadim Goth Street near Street Madina Masjid Basheer Magsi and adjacent areas including Rizwan R.O Plant and Block A Street No.2, Street No.9 House of Kashif, Lalo Hakeem, Kamal Bangali, Fazal up to Plot of Haji Hassan Baig Meerut Society Road at UC-5 Khadim Hussain Solangi Goth. This project involves comprehensive civil works including dismantling, earth excavation, carriage of materials, laying aggregate base course, fixing cement paving blocks, kerb stones, and manufacturing and supplying precast RCC ring slabs and manhole covers. The scope covers multiple streets and requires adherence to AASHTO standards and specified compressive strengths for materials. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category, possess valid Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN certificate, and professional tax. Experience of at least five years with similar works is mandatory, including at least one project of 80% of the estimated cost or two projects each of 50% of the estimated cost. Financial turnover of at least PKR 4 million over the last five years is required. The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Superintendent Engineer, Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, District East Karachi, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000. Earnest money amounting to 2% of the bid price must be submitted in the form of a pay order. Bids must be submitted online through the SPPRA e-procurement portal by 10:30 AM on 29-06-2026. Bids will be opened on 30-06-2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the same office. Partial bids or incomplete submissions will be rejected.
