Providing Laying and Fixing of Grass Stacking Sweet Earth and Cowdung Manure/Filling Earth in Maymar Avenue Road Center Island Karachi

The Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, Karachi, is procuring works for providing laying and fixing of grass stacking, sweet earth, cowdung manure, and filling earth (ordinary soil) at the Maymar Avenue Road Center Island in front of Ahsanabad Chowk, Bismillah Steel / Master Wood area. This project is specific to Karachi East and falls under the development works of TMC Sohrab Goth. The technical scope includes dressing and levelling of earthwork, filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth, providing sweet earth free for salt and grass roots, cow dung manure free for all diseases, and laying of Dhaka grass with watering. The work involves earth filling up to 5 feet lift and lead up to 10 miles, ensuring quality materials and workmanship as per the contract specifications. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category, have relevant experience of at least 5 years, and must provide company profile, list of similar works performed in the last 3 years, construction equipment details, and qualifications of technical personnel. Registration with Sindh Revenue Board, NTN certificate, valid professional tax, and electrical license (if applicable) are mandatory. The tender documents can be purchased from the office of the Superintendent Engineer, Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, District East Karachi, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000.
