Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Sialkot invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) from registered contractors/firms for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement involves two main works in Tehsil and District Sialkot:
- Providing and Laying of RCC Sewer and Tuff Tiles in PP-46, Tehsil & District Sialkot with an estimated cost of Rs. 18.349 Million and Earnest Money of Rs. 0.917 Million
- Construction of Nullah, Providing and Laying of RCC Sewer and Tuff Tiles in PP-47, Tehsil & District Sialkot with an estimated cost of Rs. 12.677 Million and Earnest Money of Rs. 0.634 Million
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the relevant categories and have valid registration on the Punjab PPRA website. A Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through a Digital Bank Guarantee (e) via SWIFT MT760 using the PSID generated from the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities are not accepted. Bidders are required to upload their bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 11:00 AM on 29-10-2026, with the technical bids opening at 12:30 PM the same day in the presence of the tender opening committee.
The scope includes civil works for sewer laying and tile installation, requiring experienced contractors with appropriate PEC categories. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. The successful contractors will be issued work orders within seven days of acceptance.
Bidders should ensure all documents, including digital security and earnest money, are properly submitted to avoid disqualification. The tender process is transparent and conducted under the supervision of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Sialkot.
