The District Council Multan invites E-bids under PPRA Rules 2014 for the financial year 2026-27 for various works related to providing and laying Tuff Tiles and other related civil works in Tehsil Multan, Shujabad, Jalal Pur Pirwala and District Council Multan area. Items being procured: - Providing and Laying of Tuff Tiles in Tehsil Multan (20,000,000 PKR) - Providing and Laying of Tuff Tiles in Tehsil Shujabad (15,000,000 PKR) - Providing and Laying of Tuff Tiles in Tehsil Jalal Pur Pirwala (10,000,000 PKR) - Supply and fixing of RCC slab / RPC manhole cover / Safety Net Jail, Repair of Sullage Carrier and drain in limit of tehsil Multan, District Council Multan (20,000,000 PKR) - Supply and fixing of RCC / RPC manhole cover / Safety Net Jail Repair of Sullage Carrier and drain in limit of tehsil Shujabad, District Council Multan (13,000,000 PKR) - Supply and fixing of RCC / RPC manhole cover / Safety Net Jail Repair of Sullage Carrier and drain in limit of tehsil Jalalpur pir wala, District Council Multan (12,875,500 PKR) - Beautification of the fun art paint, weather sheet, enamel paint, etc. along with installation of Victorian benches (20,000,000 PKR) - Painting traffic lane marking with thermoplastic paint (tp paint) 5 Inch white & 6 inch white along with fixing of cat eyes (4x4 inch) (10,000,000 PKR) - Providing & laying superb quality glaze tile (7,500,000 PKR) - Installation of street lights & poles (20,000,000 PKR) - Providing & fixing of the precast edge kerbstone with paint (5,000,000 PKR) - Providing & installation of direction sign boards with digital lettering completed in all respect (3,000,000 PKR) - Repair of the Gully Grating (3,000,000 PKR) The scope includes civil works such as tile laying, repair of drainage systems, installation of street lighting, beautification with paint and benches, and installation of signage boards. The works are to be completed as per work order. All firms and contractors registered with Punjab PPRA Website and having valid registration with Tax Authorities are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee equal to 10% of the estimated cost is required. Bids must be complete and submitted online before the deadline. E-Bids submission date and time is 10-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, and opening date and time is 10-10-2026 at 12:30 PM. Bidders or their representatives may attend the opening at the Office of the District Council Multan. All bids will be downloaded from the e-Procurement portal after the fixed time.
