Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas invites sealed tenders for providing sanitation material and rented vehicles for garbage collection and transfer to GTS Point for different areas of Mirpurkhas. The procurement is divided into three parts: - Providing sanitation material and rented vehicles for garbage collection and transfer to GTS Point for different areas of Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas (Part 01) - Providing sanitation material and rented vehicles for garbage collection and transfer to GTS Point for different areas of Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas (Part 02) - Providing sanitation material and rented vehicles for garbage collection and transfer to GTS Point for different areas of Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas (Part 03) Each part has an estimated cost of Rs. 3.0 Million with a contract duration of 6 months funded through OZT Share. The scope includes supply of sanitation materials and rental of vehicles for efficient garbage collection and transfer services across Mirpurkhas. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered in the Waste Management sector; civil contractor firms are not eligible. Bidders must hold a license from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste, have registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) under Waste Management codes 9852, 0000, and be NTN registered with updated tax returns for 2025. Experience of five years in rural and urban waste management, recycling, and landfill operations is mandatory. Firms must have completed at least 50 outsourcing contracts in waste management and submit audited financial reports for 2025. The tender fee is Rs. 1000, and earnest money of 2% of the bid value is required in the form of pay order or bank draft. Bids must be uploaded by 28-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening at 12:30 PM the same day. A second attempt for bid submission is scheduled for 12-11-2026 at 12:30 PM. Bidders are advised to carefully review the technical and financial requirements and ensure timely submission through the EPAID site. Proper documentation and compliance with all terms and conditions will be critical for successful participation.
