Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas invites sealed tenders for sanitation services in Mirpurkhas city, Sindh. Eligible bidders must be registered in the Waste Management sector; civil contractor firms are not eligible. Firms must hold a license from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste updated till 2026. Registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) under Waste Management codes 9852, 0000 is mandatory. NTN, three-year bank statement, experience certificates, and tax return filing up to 2025 are required. Bidders should have at least five years of experience in rural outsourcing, dumping, recycling, and waste management capacity building. Firms must have been awarded at least 50 contracts for waste management outsourcing and submit audited reports for 2025 from reputable chartered accountants with UDIN code. The tender fee is Rs. 1000, and earnest money equal to 2% of the bid must be attached in the form of pay order or bank draft favoring Municipal Corporation Mirpurkhas. Bids must be submitted by 28-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening at 12:30 PM the same day. A second attempt for bid submission is scheduled for 12-11-2026 at 12:30 PM if required.
